Privacy policy
Effective 21 August 2026. Applies to futuretranz.ai.
1. Who is responsible
FutureTranz, Inc. (“FutureTranz,” “we”) operates this site. Postal address: 2245 Texas Drive Ste 300, Sugar Land, TX 77479. Privacy requests: [email protected] or 713-587-2525.
2. What this policy covers
Browsing the public landing, sending an inquiry email, creating or using a client account, and staff sign-in on this domain. It does not replace contracts or privacy terms for Q, ITaaS, or other products billed through futuretranz.com.
3. Information we collect
- Inquiry fields you type (name, email, company, message) when you choose to email us.
- Account email, and if you choose Google, the email and basic profile Google releases to our auth project.
- One-time link or six-digit email code used to prove you control that inbox.
- Technical logs Cloudflare and our auth host keep to run the service (IP, user agent, timestamps, security events).
- Optional Cloudflare Turnstile tokens when that widget is enabled.
We do not ask for a password on this site. We do not run marketing pixels on the public pages as of this date.
4. How we use it
- Answer inquiries and book calls.
- Create and protect your account (client self-registration, staff invite, superadmin allowlist).
- Operate, secure, and debug the site.
- Meet legal duties.
5. Sharing
Processors: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, bot checks) and Supabase (authentication and account records in the United States, region us-west-1). Google receives a redirect only if you press Continue with Google. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention
Inquiry email stays in our mailboxes as business correspondence. Auth records stay while the account is open, then for a short backup window. Cloudflare logs follow Cloudflare’s retention for the plan in use.
7. Your requests
Email [email protected] to ask for access, correction, or deletion of account data on this domain. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We will say if an exception applies (for example security logs or another person’s data).
8. Children
This site is for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. International visitors
The site and auth host are in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, you understand that processing happens here.
10. Changes
We will update this page when the facts change. The date at the top is the current version.
